One issue with installing the 1UZFE into a chassis it did not originally come from is the factory PLASTIC water inlet to the water pump. We have manufactured a billet plate with a o ring seal that bolts to your factory water pump. We also include a 1.5" diameter U bend that pilots on the inside of the billet water pump plate to allow precision angular rotation to fit your specific needs, to where then you can weld it in place, and cut to length where you need to fit your radiator hose needs. This system eliminates the stock thermostat and we recommend running a inline thermostat with a bypass, and then weld a 3/4" bung to somewhere on the 1.5" inlet tube, to allow proper coolant flow through the water system. If you desire to run with no thermostat, that is a option as well.
