VVTI 1U, 2U and 3U TVS1900 RR Supercharger Manifolds

We are now offering the VVTI version of the TVS1900 Range Rover intercooled supercharger assembly, manifolds. These manifolds are manufactured, in our own machine shop in Phoenix, AZ, USA on one of our 5 axis CNC mills from a solid billet of 6061 aluminum. They feature integral fuel rail mounts for the billet fuel rails that we also manufacture.


These manifolds feature one piece o-ring seals on the engine side and the supercharger side to eliminate the need for outdated gaskets.


The billet fuel rails are manufactured out of solid billet 6061 as well, not a pre-existing extrusion. They are made to fit LS3, 14mm type injectors. These injectors are plentiful and available in nearly any flow rate you might desire.

    We are a manufacturing company with a love and passion for the 1UZFE engine platform.  We are the first to ever install a TVS1900 that is intercooled from a Jaguar/Range Rover onto the non VVTI 1UZFE engine.  These manifold adapters are made on a state of the art 4 and 5 axis CNC machining center.  They are made from raw billet 6061 and feature silicone O-ring provisions for sealing.
