We have designed the lowest height intercooled supercharger setup for the 1UZFE NON VVTI on the market. What we have done is take the TVS1900 supercharger that comes on the Jaguar and Range Rover 5.0L engine and adapted it to fit the 1UZFE engine. The TVS1900 in stock form with stock pulley size and intercoolers can make 500+HP. Here are some of the key points with our setup:

Intercooler, The DUAL intercoolers that come in the factory Range Rover TVS1900 supercharger have cooling volume of 150 cubic inches PER side. That means each bank of 4 cylinders is getting 150 cubic inches of cooling volume, for a total of 300 cubic inches for the 8 cylinders! To put this in perspective, the standard intercooler you get with other companies, in their 30mm standard thickness has a cubic inch volume of 73, that is for the ENTIRE motor. The other companies offer a 60mm version of the same width and height and this setup gets you to 141 cubic inches of total cooling for the entire engine. With the thicker intercooler, you loose efficiency the thicker you go as the air and water is already used up most of the BTU of the energy, so you don't get twice the cooling with twice the thickness. With our setup you get over DOUBLE the cooling from two, independent water to air intercoolers, this is HUGE!

Installed Height, the installed height of our setup is the lowest height intercooled TVS/Roots type blower on the market. We are about 4" lower than a M112 on a high mount adapter on a stock lower manifold for reference. We designed our manifolds to make the absolute lowest height setup possible to clear your hood, who wants a supercharger hanging out of your hood? Since the supercharger is "inverted" meaning the air blows UP then crosses over to the intercoolers, this allows the pulley of the supercharger snout to be down low in the front, with other setups they flip the TVS1900 over and this raises the pulley to where it interferes with the natural down slope of the hood of your vehicle.

Cost, the cost to purchase a supercharger with the adapters, and intercooler will cost you about 4000.00 when all said and done, and you would still be lacking in the intercooling efficiency department. You can purchase take off units of the TVS1900 with intercoolers from the Range Rover/Jaguar motors online (ebay, wrecking yard sites, etc.) for 500.00-750.00.

No gaskets needed as we have machined o ring grooves into both sides of the billet manifolds that take a 1 piece, silicone o ring that has plenty of protrusion and plenty of area to allow for crush of that o ring for sealing.

Billet fuel rails included. We have manufactured billet fuel rails to utilize 14mm injectors for the LS3/LS7 BOSCH style injectors. This opens up endless, cost effective opportunities for injectors in high impedance. The ends of the fuel rails are tapped M16x1.5 for the use of banjo bolts to a dash 6 line for installation easiness. All bolts and hardware are included for the rail mounting.

We include 12 point heat treated nuts for the ends of the manifolds to the factory heads, the right front stud does need to be swapped out for a shorter one that we include in the kit, this allows additional clearance for your wrench/socket to get on the 12 point nut.

We will include socket head cap screw bolts to bolt the supercharger to the manifold as well.

We offer a FULL LIFETIME warranty on factory defects to the original purchaser.

You will have to notch the bottom of the factory supercharger case to allow clearance on the billet fuel rails. This can be done with a angle grinder, die grinder, or milling machine. We will include instructions on how to do this.

We will include a factory new OEM Toyota belt idler to replace your factory idler to allow belt routing.

We will include a new BELT

The front factory water crossover will not work any longer and we will include two billet water plates that we manufacture, as well as a billet water pump inlet kit we also manufacture so you can weld together your own crossover system. Please see photos for reference. We will also include the billet TVS1900 throttle body adapter plate we sell.
