When making custom manifolds for a 1989-1994 1UZFE, one issue that always arises is the stock crossover tubes in the front and rear of the engine block that interfere with your custom project.  Your options are either to cut off the stock flanges (which are cast aluminum) and try and weld a round pipe or fitting to that cut up piece, or go custom.  There are other custom plates available, but they are just a FLAT plate, with elongated holes to account for the 20 degree angle on the cylinder head.  Well with this option you do not have nuts that are clamping down directly planer to the water plate.  There also is no o-ring in them so you are stuck with trying to source factory sealing gaskets (which are also no longer available). 

We have offered a BILLET aluminum solution that makes your custom manifold project become much easier.  These are designed and manufactured in our in house machine shop on a 5 axis CNC mill.  They feature a billet tube that is integral into the base of the plate that has a 1.250 (approx. 32mm) outside diameter with a 1.125 (approx. 28.5mm) inside diameter.  With this, you can easily weld AN fittings, we have a picture showing a 12AN and a 16AN weld bung (which we are not offering but is easily available and we are showing for reference only).  You can also weld a 1 ¼ aluminum u bend to each adapter to make a custom water crossover tubes, we have shown a sample picture of what this can look like.  You can also press in a 1 1/8 freeze plug into the top of the adapter plate if you want to run these on the back of the heads to block off the crossover completely.

These also feature a one piece high temperature silicone o-ring that fits into a machined pocket to allow a perfect seal that does not need a factory gasket any longer.  This material is far superior to a standard BUNA-N o-ring.  The silicone o-ring will not get hard over time and loose its seal.

These come with 4 new flanged, zinc plated nuts.

These are made for NON VVTI 1UZFE engines only.  If your manifold is not angled on the bottom as shown in the photos, these will not fit your engine.
